AFTER-SALES SERVICES
☑ What to do if my AI-Optic needs to be repaired?
If your AI-Optic has not suffered any physical damage but is not working as intended, please first troubleshoot the problem using the user manual. If your AI-Optic has suffered physical damage or the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, then your device may need to be repaired or replaced.
Please contact AI-Optic's customer support for further assistance or take your device to one of our authorized distributors.
If your AI-Optic has a valid warranty and the issue was caused by a material defect or manufacturing error, it will be repaired for free.
☑ My AI-Optic is broken. Did I lose all the historical data?
Most likely not. Your data is stored relatively safely on the internal NAND flash-based memory drive. This solid-state drive is designed to withstand physical damage to some extent, including accidental drops. In most cases, you can still access stored data after the device has been fixed.
☑ How long is the warranty?
Every AI-Optic comes with a one-year limited warranty and free technical support.
☑ What is covered by the warranty?
AI-Optic warrants AI-Optic vision screeners against defects in materials and workmanship
when used in accordance with AI-Optic's issued user manual for a period of one year.
☑ What is not covered by the warranty?
Damages caused by accidents, incorrect use, or wrong cleaning methods are not covered by the warranty. Also, disassembling or modifying the device in any way will void the warranty.
